Mocha&Muffins, Four seasons hotel Bangkok

For decades, four seasons hotel Bangkok has produced very fine pastries since my mom was still a teenager. Most of their pastries are tasty and pleasant. One of their prides is mille feuille. It was savory and enjoyable indeed. Layered dough and vanilla cream emerged together fabulously. The cream was not over sweet and the dough was crisp. Also sourness of raspberry balanced sweetness of vanilla cream perfectly. What a wonderful mille feuille it was. Another thing that you shouldn’t miss is the four seasons’ signature sausage pie. Unfortunately, I enjoyed this pie so much such that I forgot to take a picture of it. Sorry (….)
